Door & Lock Hardware — Install or replace knobs, deadbolts, and hinges

TV Mounting — Mount televisions on standard walls

Trim & Molding — Install or repair baseboards and door trim

Caulking — Seal gaps around windows, doors, and exterior areas

Shelf Hanging — Install floating shelves and wall storage

Furniture Assembly — Assemble desks, tables, beds, and other furniture

Picture & Mirror Hanging — Hang artwork and mirrors securely

Minor Deck & Railing Repairs — Replace boards and fix railings (non-structural)

Exterior Trim Painting — Paint or touch up trim, doors, and railings

Interior Painting — Small room painting and touch ups

Gutter Cleaning — Clear gutters and flush downspouts (single story homes only)

Pressure Washing — Clean driveways, patios, decks, siding, and fences

Pressure Washing + Sealing — Wash and seal concrete or wood surfaces

Window Cleaning — Exterior windows on reachable areas

Screen Repair — Fix or replace window and door screens

Weatherstripping — Add or replace seals on doors and windows

Closet and Shelving Install — Install organizers and shelves 

Minor Appliance Setup — Straightforward installation of appliances

Holiday Light Installation & Removal — Install and remove string lights

Services are limited to non-structural, non-permit work. No electrical, plumbing, HVAC, poured concrete, or major construction requiring a contractor license. Hardscape walkways use pavers, stone, brick, or gravel only.
